Please try the different solutions below and check if you are able to connect to the VPN.

2. Close the app from the background and restart it. Then connect again. If it doesn't work try a different solution.
3. Restart your iPhone/iPad. Disconnect and then reconnect to Wi-Fi. Then open the app and connect to the VPN again.
